A.M. It is nice being off of school for 5 days. We did a speed workout today. 2 mile warm up, then 2 x 800, 2 x 400, 4 x 200, .5 cooldown. Each of the repeats got progressively faster in pace. Two miles of speed work was easy for the guys now. I ran towards the back of the varsity guys and dont think I could have managed much more. |
