No run today.  However, my boys took region today.  They were way pumped and so was I.  We beat Cedar 31-45.  Hurricane was next with 52.  My top 4 runners took 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 6th.  Their times were 15:44, 15:49, 15:50, 15:52.  Our 5th runner also PRed with a 16:54.  Hopefully that gap will close more at state.  I never thought we would have 4 runners under 16 min.

Congrats Greg! And tell the boys awesome job! It is a testiment to your dedication as a coach to see such amazing pr's and the development of such an awesome team. Go kick some butt up at state!
