Warmup and part of the workout with my boys. They started with 5 x 800, so I would either run the first or last lap with them on each one. I was surprised that I was able to run the 1:08-1:12 per lap pace so easily.
Ran with my boys again today. We ran over to the golf course and ran the college course (4.8 miles). Then we watched SUU take on UVU and Dixie. UVU won pretty easily. Kyle did OK. Then ran back to school for the team breakfast.
